How to cancel your Netflix subscription

1. Navigate to Netflix.com in your browser.
2. Enter your login credentials.
3. If applicable, click the name of the primary user.
4. Click the small arrow in the upper right corner of the screen.
5. Select Account .
6. Scroll down to Membership and Billing section.
7. Locate the Cancel membership button and click it.
8. Confirm your choice by clicking Cancel completion .

Your subscription will end at the end of the next billing cycle. And remember, you can resume your membership at any time, you don't even need to create a new account.

The cancellation process is the same if you are still within the 30-day trial period. If you don't cancel within the period, Netflix will automatically bill you at the end of the month.
