Chapter 3 got off to a great start, finally introducing Spider-Man, along with a slew of new gameplay concepts, including slippery, huge object-spitting dinosaurs, and all-new terrain with wacky weather effects. Season 2 will have a lot of shoes to fill.

Leaks have been rare so far, but HypeX, a reputable data miner, has identified a new tank vehicle called "TreadVehicle" which we believe will play a role in Season 2. The vehicle is already here in Logjam Lumberyard, but it cannot be driven. .
Another data miner, Tabor Hill, produced a video last month depicting a possible fight between IO forces and the Seven.
“We are going to be at, almost like a war with the IO people. The IO is coming back for revenge,” they said. “We flipped the map, we drove them crazy, the hive got hit. They come for revenge. So if they're going to fight us and the Seven, they're going to need some serious gear, something like [the drill].”
IO, according to HypeX, crosses the map to reach the secondary players and the Seven who are now present. They posted a photo of five potential IO bases, which they say will be preceded by earthquakes.
