Valorant recently introduced its 19th Agent to the roster who also happens to be the 6th Duelist in the game. Along with the start of Episode 4 of Act 1 in Valorant, players will witness a new meta with the new Duelist, who , judging by its abilities, is quite overpowered.

Each agent is unique in their own way and has a range of abilities for players to explore. Each individual's gameplay paired with particular agent traits is what makes the game enjoyable.

"Instead of giving him 4 stuns, why not give him 2 and do it like Sova's charges so you can choose if you want to use one or 2. If you use one, you'll still be left with another one." . In my opinion, it would be more balanced than giving him 4 stuns,” said a Valorant player from the community.

These kinds of thoughts have also been circulating among many professional players, since the launch of the new agent. To sum up, his ultimate and the nades seem to be taking matters into their own hands.

Neon is the 18th Agent in the Valorant Agent roster, and thus has plenty of other Agents to beat in the game. However, his abilities seem to top it all.

  • (E) Sprint and Slide- His signature ability could allow him to sprint and slide, as well as being able to fire fairly accurately.
  • Concussion Nade – A throwable nade that bounces off walls and crushes enemies for a time.
  • Electric Telltale Walls – Dual walls that damage enemies and function like the round tracer orbs in Spike Rush.
  • (X) – His ultimate ability lets him glide quickly like Jett's dash and kill enemies using electric beams.

However, looking back at Riot's work, it may not be too soon to implement these changes. It might only be after a full act that Neon could get a nerf to change the balance.
