The first game of PMGC West Day 1 started in large areas of Erangel where Black Dragon Esports showed a spectacular performance by earning 15 finishes and 15 ranking points, adding 30 points on board. In second place was A7 Esports who scored 19 points in total. The overall tabletop, S2G was placed in third position with 12 points.

The second game started in Miramar, the favorite sniper map, and naturally, fans got to see some speechless snipers from the players. The chicken dinner in this game went to the Eastern Stars due to their great teamwork while knocking out the Knights' last player. MadBulls were the third team to be eliminated with 14 points overall.

The third game of the day saw intense action at Erangel School. Since the last game area was placed in an open area, each player had to hide their presence and eliminate others simultaneously, Furious Gaming was able to do this perfectly after claiming 13 finishes and eliminating Rise Esports. XSET could only take one finish, however, their ranking points helped them move up to third position in the scoreboard.

Game 4 of PUBG Mobile Global Championship West Day 1 saw the return of S2G Esports. They won the Chicken Dinner and added 21 points to their overall scorecard. The fifth and final encounter of the day was won by SuperMassive Blaze who earned 13 eliminations. After them, Next Ruya Esports.

The second day of the tournament will be crucial for teams such as A7 Esports, Ghost Gaming who need to add more points to the scoreboard in order to keep their Super Weekend hopes alive.
