Fortnite Classic Duos is a core game mode in Battle Royale where teams of 2 players compete for a Victory Royale but with one catch. Players are only allowed to use weapons and items that existed in the first two seasons of the game. Players can access the LTM right now once they update and load Fortnite. Epic Games has introduced a new challenge every day, and new LTMs are spinning daily. The LTM rotation for the first few days of "14 Days of Fortnite" is Classic and Teams of 33. Both of these LTMs are new and the Classic LTM was brought back previously, but the Teams of 33 LTMs have yet to be revealed. This mode allows players to fly over the map with Battle Bus, and players can choose when they want to land. But when the Battle Bus gets to the end of the island, it will kick you out.
Players can get loot from Floors, Chests, Vending Machines, Supply Llamas, and Supply Drop. It's Battle Royale gameplay with a limited set of weapons and items, including a few that have been kicked out of the vault! You need to kill enemies to gain both health and shield in order to get a victory royale.
In this LTM, weapons and items that are in The Vault cannot be obtained. Also, weapons and items that are not in the vault are not available in this LTM (except for healing items such as medkits). At the moment, the "Trios" mode remains an LTM but there is certainly potential for it to evolve into a full-time mode.
