It hasn't been long since the new Valorant RGX 11Z Pro skin pack hit the in-game store. Players were no doubt excited about the brand new skin pack, with a totally different theme, and even introducing a new feature kill counters at level 5 of the weapon series, outside of the finisher and animations. However, after experienced backlash on FPS drops by several users on the internet, the developers have disabled the purchase of level 5 and variants of the new RGX 11Z Pro skin pack. The new Valorant RGX 11Z Pro skin features five upgrade variants, including kill tracking and inline color change animations, in addition to normal upgrades. This is the first time Riot Games has implemented technology that would register your kills on your equipped weapon. Launched with patch 3.07, the new pack had special skins with the ability to display your kill counter on the skins themselves, but that was at the expense of your FPS dropping by as much as 100 frames in some cases.
The RGX 11Z PRO Bundle includes the following weapons along with a Katana-themed melee knife. It is set in the Premium Edition (PE) tier, which costs 8,700 Valorant Points.
All of these skins have been temporarily disabled from Tier 5 until Riot Games finds a fix after severe community backlash. Valiant pro player Shahzeb 'ShahZaM' Khan had also tweeted that he got 100 less FPS when using the new Vandal skin in this series.
“As a workaround, we are disabling tier 5 and variant purchases for weapons in this skin set. You can still purchase all other tiers and melee tiers. A full fix is still in progress. Stay tuned,” a Valorant official tweeted.
