The iOS pre-registration announcement came in August 2021 just as the game had crossed 20 million pre-registrations. Within a month, pre-registrations skyrocketed to 40 million. This is clear proof of the hype behind it. All users who pre-register will be rewarded with a limited (permanent) vehicle skin.
PUBG New State crosses 40 million pre-registrations on Play Store and App Store
Players were recently able to spot the expected release date of PUBG New State on the Apple App Store. As shown in the image below, users can see that the expected release date is October 8, 2021. These leaks of the expected release date made the fans more excited as they were eagerly waiting for the release of the title.

Step 2: Next, users need to tap on the “Pre-Record” option. A dialog box appears and they can click "OK" to complete the process.
Step 3: Players can also tap on the "Install When Available" option if they want to download the game when it becomes available.
