Garena Free Fire bans 704,446 accounts for using cheats and hacks in the past two weeks

Free Fire bans 704,446 accounts for using cheats: Free Fire is an ultimate battle royale game that offers unique gameplay elements like characters, pets, weapons, and a wide range of their cosmetics. The game has seen substantial growth over the past two years. Free Fire developers keep making new amendments and additions to keep the game more attractive and fresh. With every major update, the game gets a ton of new skins, events, and more.

But the developers have a huge task on their shoulders as cheaters look for ways to enter the game and pass it without any effort. This makes the game so difficult for all players and they end up getting frustrated with the game. With millions of active players, it would be a huge task for the developers to keep an eye on everyone. That's why the developers have introduced an anti-cheat system that detects and banishes cheaters.

Cheaters or hackers can use hacks or software from third party sources. Players can report these hacks with their hacking tips to let officials know the identity of the cheater. Then they will take care of further progress. You can use the in-game report option to report hackers you come across in-game. Alternatively, you can share a video on social media by tagging Garena Free Fire official social media IDs. This way, the developers will know and ban the account after their investigation.

Additionally, officials will let players know how many accounts have been banned under their radar. A bi-monthly report is shared on the official handles of Free Fire and it contains an overall result of banned accounts.

According to the latest report, the game banned 704,446 cheaters in the past two weeks. 44% of accounts in the total figure were banned via in-game player reports. This week's report found a 20.9% decrease in the total number of banned accounts compared to the previous report.
